Bonfire is a free platform that allows customers to create, sell, and buy custom apparel.

The primary function of my role as Custom Design Coordinator was to manage incoming design requests, improve the experience design of the Custom Design Studio service, and provide expert design strategy and consultation to Enterprise or Creator clients.

Key Projects

• Created case studies that assessed the customer experience for Bonfire's Custom Design Service

• Designed info sheets that breakdown Bonfire's Design Service & Design Tool capabilities 

• Directed the ideation and creation of brand-aligned apparel design for Enterprise nonprofit clients

• Redeveloped the Design Intake Form used to gather customer design requests, in order to optimally understand their design idea
